Social Media Support Proposal: Market Bosworth Festival 2023

Firstly, I wanted to take the time to thank the Market Bosworth Festival team, additionally Cathy for the opportunity to potentially collaborate with creative services by submitting this proposal for your consideration to market your 2023 event on social media.

The Market Bosworth Festival 2023 marketing project will consist of two key phases; Announcements & Awareness followed by Day-by-Day promotion. Your custom social pack will be 3 months in length, based on a flexible framework taken from our standard social media 12 month retainer packages.

 

We will provide a start-to-finish managed service from design, copy creation, scheduling and publications to your social channels. You will also enjoy the benefits of a custom built customer portal where you can see live what we are working on, planned in tasks, scheduled posts with the facilities to grant pre-post approvals.

Having a ‘one-marketer’ approach to your online event promotions ensures you have seamless in-house communications and direction, from committee to attendee. With a singular point of contact, you will be able to get answers and collaboration quickly and easily. Our Director, Rachel Jenkins will be your personal account manager, overseeing all elements of your marketing project planning, design and publication to ensure the best possible service for you, your event and your attendees.

Post Publication Service
We will schedule all of your posts to automatically be published on pre-established times and dates to ensure maximum reach and impact. This service is delivered via a third-party secure software.

Paid Advertising Graphics and Copy
Paid Advert Planning & Creation
We will advise, create, write and assist with the set up of 5 paid ad campaigns to promote your festival to the appropriate audience within the local area to ensure maximum online impact and reach. Adverts can be linked direct to your eCommerce facility for pre-paid tickets to avoid previously experience weather fall out.
RRP: £60.00 per hour. *Please note this does not include any Ad spend funds or money management services.

What Are We Proposing For
Market Bosworth Festival 2023?

We are keen to work with local community events and having spoken at length with Cathy on Wednesday, 19 October 2022, we feel as a team this is an event we can absolutely help and support. Therefore, we propose a form of sponsorship arrangement.

We are proposing to supply you with a bespoke 3 months social media and the itemised additional inclusions for the discounted rate of £500.00.

A total saving of £715.00 on a like for like service, we are also wavering the 12 month retainer as part of your custom deal. This represents a 59% saving. 

 

In return for this arrangement we would also require the following sponsor benefits; on all posts published by 22 Century Design & Marketing we would like a link back to our own social profiles via a discreet tag at the footer of every post. Additionally, we would like out logo and a link back on your eCommerce website and a full page advert within the event programme.
