Firstly, I wanted to take the time to thank David for the opportunity to provide our services by submitting this tender for your consideration to design and build your custom websites and support you further with online support.
DS Installations’ bespoke website, along with your two mini-website packages for Stainless Tanks and Uber Luber project will consist of three key phases; Planning, Design & Build. Your custom WordPress site will be hosted on an environmentally conscious UK server, dedicated to 22 Century Design Ltd. Here at 22 Century Design & Marketing we are doing our part to reduce our environmental impact, that’s why our servers operate on 100% renewable energy.
Having a ‘one-host’ approach to your online web and marketing outputs ensures you have seamless in-house communications and direction. With a singular point of contact, you will be able to get answers and collaboration quickly and easily. Our Director; Rachel Jenkins, will be your personal account manager, overseeing all elements of your website project planning, design and built to ensure the best possible service for you, your team and your customers.
Planning & Laying Your Sites Foundations
Firstly, a short Q&A form will be issued to gather basic starting information on your services, industry, customer types and experience. This content will be analysed and used to form a part of your new website copy, we will take snippets and adapt into SEO optimised copy which has great readability, ranks well on Google and most importantly converts.
Secondly, to the planning phase your service types will be established and then consolidated into a workable website layout. From this information we can create a tailored website design, including opportunities to display photos and information surrounding previous work with accompanying enquiry forms ensuring you receive the highest chance of converting a website visit into a legitimate work enquiry, resulting in a positive bottom-line impact.
Accompanying this, a short site net will be drafted in advance of any design work taking place, this will formulate a clear and considered website structure for us to work with resulting in a faster design process and therefore, reducing costs on hourly creative charges. Additional, copywriting services will be provided to create tailored high-performing, web optimised copy throughout the site.
Designing Your Website
Bespoke designs will be created and provided to the client within a viewable format prior to build. We like to design first rather than design whilst building to minimise alteration time and reducing amendment charges for the client. 22 Century Design & Marketing are keen to built you the best possible mini-website in the most cost effective way so we can provide the quality of service we pride ourselves on delivering.
All of our bespoke designs will factor in the most up-to-date techniques for usability, accessibility and responsiveness so you can deliver a show stopping website, no matter the device.
Care and consideration will be taken to factor in design parameters which will best display your services, with an easy browse filtration setting included. The site will feature hero services highlighting your most profitable service ensuring the site is aligned with your current business goals and targets. By doing this, we will be able to increase your average order values and ensure a positive ROI per transaction. The designs will be created with consumer conversion as its primary purpose.
Build, Set-Up & Integration

Upgrade to a business branded email address to match your website name, adding further digital credibility. Boost your Google reach by anchoring and optimising your Google My Business profile to your new website ensuring your found in that all important top map section on Google or add on our back-up pack so you never loose any data, enquiries or assets.

It is subject to revision due to client and/or supplier changes over and above the amount state or cost of sale variations, these will be charged in material costs. Additional costs incurred will be charged at our standard £60 hourly rate. Anything not mentioned above is not included in these costs and will be charged as an extra fee stated on your final invoice.
