Firstly, I wanted to take the time to thank Sarah for the opportunity to provide our services by submitting this tender for your consideration to design and build your business branding.

Duck & Cover’s bespoke brand will consist of three key phases; Planning, Design & Build.

Having a singular designers approach to your business branding and associated marketing outputs ensures you have seamless in-house communications and direction. With a singular point of contact, you will be able to get answers and collaboration quickly and easily. Our Director; Rachel, will be your personal designer, overseeing all elements of your branding project from planning, designing and subsequent production roll-out to ensure the best possible service for you, your business and your customers.

Planning & Laying Your Brands Foundations

A short Q&A form will be issued to gather basic starting information on your services, industry, customer types and experience. This content will be analysed and used to form a part of your new brands aesthetics.

We will product a series of proposed brands for your review, consideration and selection. These three brands will reflect not just your industry but your businesses ethics, personality and tone within your trading space. Each design will be shared with you within a digital PDF displaying the branding in a variety of formats and scenarios to aid you in envisioning how your brand will work in real-time.

Once your branded logo selection has been made, we will move into producing a brand guidelines book to ensure your brand is maintained and upheld into the future. We will also provide an email signature for your use, along with the production of business cards – we can source printing prices at the time, if required.

Getting to know the business

A short Q&A form will be issued to gathering business, customer and industry information along with the tone of voice, colour preferences and personally you wish to inject into the businesses visual identity.

Market & industry research

Comprehensive research and analysis will be performed on the industry and competitive space to ensure the brand not only stands out from the crowd, but holds the top trump cards for unique identity too.

Initial concepts to cleint

Our top 3 design concepts will be presented to you via email in the form of a digital PDF, these will show the proposed designs in a variety of formats allowing you to visualise with ease, each logo in a variety of formats and scenarios.

Client feedback and selection

We will require confirmation of which logo-mark you wish to develop into your brand and provide any feedback you may wish to share before we begin wider production.

Brand asset production

Upon confirmation of your selection, we will produce the brand guidelines, email signatures, business cards and other associated assets in line with your brand roll out. Your logo will be exported into a variety of formats, sizes, colour-ways and file types with an accompanying key for use of these.

Yes, Rachel is better than all the rest! I’m really hands-on when it comes to my brand, and I need everything to be absolutely perfect.
