Proposal: PixxiCRM WordPress Website

Firstly, I wanted to take the time to thank the PixxiCRM for the opportunity to provide our services by submitting this proposal for your consideration.
Website Recreation & Bespoke Build Via WordPress
The PixxiCRM website project will consist of three key phases; Recreation, Addition Design & Build.
Having a ‘one-host’ approach to your online website design and development outputs ensures you have seamless in-house communications and direction. With a singular point of contact, you will be able to get answers and collaboration quickly and easily. Our Director, Rachel Jenkins will be your personal account manager, overseeing all elements of your website project planning, design and built to ensure the best possible service for you, your team and your business.
Website Transfer & WordPress Recreation
Firstly, we will extract all content and note functionality, links and visual assets into a full site net to ensure accuracy with a rebuild project. Upon completion of a full site map and net, we will work with the client to ensure new page developments work seamlessly with their existing content and design. From this information, we can create a replica of the PixxiCRM website within WordPress and move onto developing additional pages as required.
Designing Your Website Within WordPress
Bespoke designs will be created for your 8 additional pages, and provided to the client within a viewable format prior to build. We like to design first rather than design whilst building to minimise alteration time and reducing amendment charges for the client. 22 Century are keen to built you the best possible website in the most cost effective way, so we can provide the quality of service we pride ourselves on delivering.
Your website will consist of the key pages established during your site planning phase. All of our bespoke designs will factor in the most up-to-date techniques for usability, accessibility and responsiveness so you can deliver a show-stopping website, no matter the device.
Care and consideration will be taken to factor in design parameters which will best display key information, with an easy browse navigation included. By doing this, we will be able to increase your average interaction values and ensure a positive ROI per transaction. The designs will be created with consumer conversion as its primary purpose.
Build, Set-Up & Integration
PixxiCRM offers a fantastic range of CRM services to a wide variety of clients, we believe it deserves an innovative and intelligent website to represent it best online… We will be using the most up to date build techniques. Using WordPress enables you to have a tailored site, built with customer navigation at its forefront. Our website build will include premium technology to allow easy back-end editing, with a flawless front-end experience. Premium plug-in’s will be used and licences are included within our tender (see EST document for timescales).
Your new website will be built with the future scalability in mind. Your site will be future proofed to cater for onboarding new information, avoiding additional website development charges down the road. Our custom WordPress sites will be tailor made to fit PixxiCRM at launch, it will grow and evolve inline with your business and it will cater for your future scalability with ease.

It is subject to revision due to client and/or supplier changes over and above the amount state or cost of sale variations, these will be charged in material costs. Additional costs incurred will be charged at our standard £60 hourly rate. Anything not mentioned above is not included in these costs and will be charged as an extra fee stated on your final invoice.
